Magnesium is a necessary mineral for the efficient running of our bodies.

mineral because it has a calming effect when it's taken.
Vitamin B6 helps the body use magnesium, and this mineral is also used to create energy in the body too.

Other herbal sources high in magnesium include: Aloe vera, Cayenne, Camomile, Dandelion, Garlic, Ginger, Kelp, Peppermint, Red Clover, and Rosemary.
